One of the coolest things about reindeer is that both males and females grow antlers, which makes them unique among deer species. They use their antlers to fight for mates or to protect themselves from predators. Some reindeer migrate long distances every year, traveling hundreds of miles to find food and warmer areas. These incredible journeys make them some of the toughest travelers in the animal kingdom!
